If you are bringing a child that is 7 years or younger to Relentless NASS then you should on arrival get a wristband for him/ her and write your mobile number on the wristband and affix it firmly to your child's wrist. This should enable us to contact you should your child become separated from you.
You should also make it a priority on arrival to ensure that your children are made familiar with their surroundings, should they become separated from you they will then know where to get help. In particular make them aware of the security staff, the event office and the medical & welfare centre.

The Bath & West Showground has many positives for Relentless NASS including indoor halls for music arenas and the skate parks, grand stand seating for the FMX spectacular and large green grass fields for camping. Expect a few small changes from ’09, click here to view the site map.
The site will be split into the main arena which everyone can access during opening hours. Camping will be split into separate zones. Each camp site will have its own wristband except Green and Purple which are known as general camping and share the same wristband. You will not be able to stay past the end of the last music act at 3am on a day ticket.

The entrance will be larger and faster than 2009 to ensure minimal waiting time and efficient entry to the event. We have expanded the entrance zone and moved the parking to allow for this. Expect to be searched thoroughly upon entry.
Any items you bring that are listed as not allowed will either be removed or you will have to take them away with you there and then, we don't have the facility to store them for you.
Wristbands are exchanged at the entrance once you have gone through searching and your ticket has been scanned. If you would like family/quiet camping please specify at the wristband exchange after searching.

Will there be queues at the entrance?
The entrance will be larger and more able to cope with the capacity of the festival. Searching is always the first stage when entering the festival so please read the ‘what NOT to bring’ section to speed up the process. Whilst we expect that Friday morning is busy, more searching lanes will mean you are inside the festival in no time.
Is their re-admission to the event?
Day ticket holders may not exit and re-enter the festival. Weekend ticket holders may do so. Alcohol may only be brought in the first time you enter the festival. If you have already entered the event and are wearing a wristband you will not be allowed to bring in alcohol.
Where can I purchase Relentless NASS tickets?
There are a number of outlets available, click here to view the options and ticket information. On sale dates and information coming soon.
Will I get reception on my mobile whilst at the festival?
Yes, we have checked with a number of service providers and reception is generally pretty good.
How much money will I need whilst at the festival?
There are lots of shops in the trade village as well as bars and restaurants so make sure you’re prepared for an action packed weekend! Cash is difficult to get onsite so it's advisable to bring it with you.
I want to come to Relentless NASS but I’m only 15 (or younger), can I still come?
Yes! All ages are welcome to the festival BUT if you are under the age of 16, you must be accompanied by an adult. This doesn’t have to be your parents, it can be an older brother or sister or a friend: as long as they are 18 or over, it doesn’t matter who you bring! If you are 18 to 24 you can only accompany one under 16, if you are 25 or over you can accompany up to 4 under 16’s. If you have any questions regarding this please call us on 0207 348 5200
Can I reserve a camping space?
No, it is purely first come first serve. Want a good pitch? Get there early!
Can I park my car in the campsite by my tent?
No, all vehicles must be left in the car park. A car may be used to tow in a caravan, but must then be removed from the site and left in the car park through out the weekend. Campervans must have a campervan pass.
Can I bring my cooker?
No gas cookers, electric stoves or any form of cooking device is allowed into the festival. This includes any that may use fuel, gas, petrol or flame. They will be confiscated at the entrance so save your money for some good food in the event.
I want to camp in the family/ quiet camping area but I don’t have a family weekend ticket, can I still camp there?
Yes, you can camp in the family camping area if you have a weekend adult ticket but this is for families and quiet campers only: NOISE and DISRUPTION will NOT be tolerated! If you cause disorder you will be MOVED to another camp site by the camping stewards. Upon arrival at the entrance you must request a family wristband otherwise you will by default be given a general weekend wristband.
I have a day ticket, can I camp?
No, day tickets give you access to the festival Arena only. You can not access any of the camp sites. Day ticket holders will have to leave as soon as the arena shuts. Weekend ticket holders go to their designated camping areas (day ticket holders will not be able to enter the camping area without a camping wristband).
